Hi there! With COVID-19 and everything happening in the world right now, life may be very overwhelming, leading us to feel isolated, anxious, depressed, stuck, and helpless. I am here to help you navigate through these life challenges, find a healthy balance, and help you find tools to cope and grow. I help children, teens, adults, and families transform their grief, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming emotions into healing and hope.
Therapy is not a one size fits all process and I offer a personalized approach tailored for each client's lifestyle and values. I work with you to find out what works for you! I hope that we can create a space for you to explore your past and present experiences, emotions, and tools to help you cope and become closer to your most authentic self.
