My practice is quite diverse. I work with a multitude of issues that invariably all seem to connect somehow. The broad spectrum of issues include anxiety, trauma, depression, interpersonal relationships and interactions self improvement, communication skills, intimacy, grief, loss and addiction. Treatment approaches vary as people are very diverse and different. Frequently I do tend to use Cognitive Behavioral therapy and emotion focused therapy. While focusing on an individuals core strengths. I also address those problems that are interfering with their ability to be the best they can be.
I have been in private practice for over 30 years and I truly enjoy the people I have worked with. Having a variety of problems to work with is truly stimulating an keeps me loving what I do.
While I am not on any insurance provider panels, superbills are provided upon request for individuals to file themselves. Please keep in mind that insurance filings had the potential to violate privacy and puts limits on your treatment process.
