I have years of experience in marital and relationship, depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma and perinatal mood disorders included but not limited to postpartum depression. Through different techniques, you can acquire coping skills to help begin a new journey to a happier, healthier life. I offer both individual and couples counseling. Telehealth only
