My approach to counseling is one that looks at the whole person, and I fully honor the courage that it takes to begin any change process. I work primarily from a person-centered approach that honors all parts of the person in the room. I utilize a cognitive based approach and am trained in EMDR to work with people to identify core negative believe systems as well as develop healthy and appropriate attachments to the best parts of the Self.
