I believe each client is unique and needs a treatment plan tailored to meet their specific needs and I work collaboratively with clients to help them set and progress towards their goals. I specialize in working with children, families and couples and focus on identifying strengths and building healthy patterns of relating to one another. I provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for healing and growth to flourish.

We are friendly and goal oriented. I have 25 years experience with adults, teens, and children. And, if you wish, we can also use Neurofeedback training. I taught Neurofeedback at San Francisco State University. This modality teaches you to change brainwave patterns that keep you from being your best. I’ve written three books, including a new one on enhancing brain function.
