Self referred...court ordered....Sherman Oaks Anger Management taught by Certified Anger Management Facilitators. Private sessions and group opportunities for skill enhancement in self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, assertive communication, stress management, empathy, emotional intelligence and anger management. Classes include pre- and post- test, client workbooks, DVDs, videos as well as a wide variety of skill building exercises. Classes offered as co-ed, male only or female only. Separate classes offered for adolescents.
