I have over 25 years providing attachment-focused, neurobiologically-informed therapy, specializing in healing trauma, attachment and relationship issues, and parts work. I am a certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist, and Level 1 IFS therapist.

I offer recurring 8 week trauma groups focused on exploring complex, relational and developmental traumas. Clients may participate in one or more 8 week series. Concurrent individual therapy is typically required to ensure members have adequate support; referrals can be provided if needed.
