My mission is to help you to improve your life skills and to progress from the difficult experiences that you've had.
I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 22 years. I am eclectic in my orientation and offer an integrative approach using traditional psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness techniques to treat trauma, mood/anxiety disorders, grief, and relational conflicts. I am a certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
We are all finding ways to cope with and to manage our stress from the COVID-19 pandemic. I've had 3 + years of experience with providing tele-therapy sessions in the safety and comfort of your home, using video or phone to connect.
