Through focusing on your strengths, helping you create healthy habits, and teaching you healthy coping skills, I can help you and/or your family cope with and overcome family issues/couples issues, mental illness, work through struggles you may face during each stage of life, and work through traumatic life experiences so you can live a life free of emotional pain.
I have extensive experience helping men, women, children, teenagers, families, and trauma victims in outpatient clinics/programs, residential settings, and juvenile justice facilities. I enjoy helping couples as well. I especially enjoy helping children, teenagers, and young adults as I am able to really connect (build rapport) with them well.
I also enjoy helping people who are physically disabled as I am able to relate to them well. I also help children ages 5 and up through play therapy. As a resident of Katy, I look forward to helping the residents of Katy and the surrounding communities for many years.
