I have a passion for helping people whether it be teens, adults, couples, families, and individuals struggling with grief, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and marital and familial conflict. My goal is to specialize in trauma in relationships, conflict, infidelity in marriage, and communication issues that plagues couples and families.

I work with couples to address communication differences and past hurts that were never fully repaired. Our past experiences often influence how we interact with our partners today. I strive to create a safe space where curiousity, empathy, and genuine connection are at the forefront of therapy as we take the time we need to build a sturdy foundation for change. Over 25 years clinical experience in helping adults struggling with workplace issues, everyday stressors, depression, anxiety/obsessive worry/panic attacks, relationship issues, divorce, unhealthy boundaries, toxic boss, job burnout, lack of work/life balance, conflict/criticism/difficult people, dysfunctional family, shame/guilt, healing past pain/hurts & losses, Trauma/PTSD, decreased self-esteem/confidence & chronic pain. My primary specialty is romantic conflict. Many persons I counsel are either "stuck" or at an impasse. They just cannot seem to resolve their conflict. They often see their issues worsen despite efforts. I address the root causes, matters that often go unaddressed. These root issues are often why couples continue to fight. These matters are so strong that they can take the best of romances and turn them into near hatred and disgust. My secondary specialty is emotional management, including with children. I primarily address regret, fear, anger, and anxiety, helping you understand and manage emotions that hold you back.

I help people improve their mental wellness and quality of life pertaining to: health stressors, romantic/family relationships, social anxiety, existential identity issues, traumatic experiences, and specialize in treating those with medical conditions like heart disease, cancer, surgeries, terminal illness, autoimmune disorders and many more. Addressing physical conditions along with mental health ones is essential in the work I do: sleep/insomnia, sexual dysfunction, weight gain/loss, pain management, and substance misuse.
