I facilitate healing for the individual and their relationships with others while restoring their sense of power, strength, confidence, and by fostering insight. I believe optimal health occurs when there is balance of spiritual, emotional, physical well-being. I also help employers achieve and maintain a healthy workplace through training and workshops.
My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment for clients and develop a strong, therapeutic relationship in sessions. My clients and I work together to develop attainable treatment goals, and therapy is individually tailored and structured based on the individual.
