I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and clinical art therapy. Together, we will examine the underpinnings of negative self talk, maladaptive behaviors and emotional dysregulation. We will work to overcome obstacles to personal growth. You will learn to replace ineffective physical and emotional responses to stressors with healthy coping and communication strategies. I provide individual support to adolescents and adults seeking emotional and behavioral well being.
