Our therapists use Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals, couples, and families to enhance relationships and alleviate fears and sadness. We also treat children, teens, and families who are experiencing behavioral issues or difficult family dynamics. When seeing children, we include the parents in the treatment process to facilitate treatment success.
Our direct approach puts the focus on moving forward, rather than remaining stuck in old patterns. While we emphasize the importance of the past in impacting your current emotions and reactions, we also work with you to be more present-focused and engaged in your life.
We also offer Christian therapy for clients who wish to use Biblical principles and faith to aid their growth.
