I have experience working with individuals with a variety of different concerns including: depression, anxiety, grief, relational problems, mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse. I engage clients in evidence based therapy interventions that include cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. I provide clients with a safe, non judgement environment to help foster personal growth. I encourage clients to self reflect and look through their life with a difference lense. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I received her Bachelors' degree in Psychology from University of Kentucky and my Master's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
