I have been working in the mental health field since 1995 and with both adolescents and adults. I have worked in a variety of settings, including residential, in-home, and outpatient. Some particular areas of focus are: emotional issues that disrupt one's life (including anxiety, stress, anger management and depression), parenting struggles, adolescent and young adult issues, parent/child relationships and improving/enhancing marital relationships. My therapeutic model is eclectic and utilizes multiple techniques. I welcome all religions, ethnicity, gender identities and sexual orientations.

I am passionately committed to working with couples, families, and individuals of most ages. I have 4+ years of experience working with children and families in the foster care system and the range of effects this has on each family member. It is a privilege to work with couples and families in conflict to keep them together when possible, and mitigate the devastating consequences of divorce when it’s unavoidable. Some of these consequences include: trauma, suicidal thoughts and ideation, anxiety, depression, behavioral, and relational issues (insecurity, instability, and conflict).

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 23 years of experience of working in the counseling field. It’s normal as a parent to feel overwhelmed or exhausted when your teen or child are hurting and working through life adjustments, problems at school, and other major changes. Children and teens communicate through their actions due to lack of understanding the emotions underneath. My passion is to help children and teenagers who are struggling to process their emotions and work through life’s difficulties by providing a safe and warm place for them to grow more in who they are.

Hello! I am a therapist that specializes in family therapy and therapy for children and teens ages 3-18. I also enjoy working with adults of all ages who are experiencing grief. I believe that children and families are exceptionally resilient. However, there are times when circumstances become too overwhelming to bear alone. Children may have difficulty sharing their emotions verbally and will instead act out, causing stress in the family. My passion is creating a safe space for healing to occur. I have worked with children and families experiencing anxiety, depression, autism (levels 1 and 2), trauma, grief, divorce, and more.

I work with children (ages 4-12), adolescents, families, and adults. My goal is to offer a safe space to those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidality, low self-esteem, family conflict, or attachment issues. While I like to draw from multiple approaches, including: attachment work, play therapy, mindfulness practices, art therapy, CBT, and family therapy. I ultimately tailor my approach to the needs of the person. Coming to therapy takes a significant step of bravery and I strive to create an environment that promotes acceptance and growth.

I am providing online sessions only. Therapy can be intimidating for many people, but it’s my job to help you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. I enjoy working with young adults, parents, and particularly new moms. I believe it’s essential to provide a space that is filled with honesty, empathy, and kindness so that every client feels safe to express their needs. I am a Christian and believe that my faith helps me meet people exactly where they are and guide them toward healing and growth.
