I work with many common and uncommon issues... testing and treating adults. children and teens with approaches that are specially tailored for them. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and other problems and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat them, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help children, teens and adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and school/work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life. I am graduate of West Georgia with a Bachelors of Psychology and received my Master of Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I have been in private practice since 2009 and have extensive counseling experience with individuals and families, specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. In my work with clients, I provide a non-judgmental, protected space that allows you to process your thoughts and emotions.

I believe it is imperative that as counselors we work diligently to help clients identify, accept, and work through their limiting ideas. I help couples work through marital conflicts and help them achieve a relationship based on trust, security, mutual empathy and deeper levels of connection. I also work with individuals struggling with histories of trauma such as sexual, physical or emotional abuse. In addition, I help men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, anxieties, depression, and/or obsessive thoughts. I encourage clients to explore their past in order to identify patterns that are affecting their current relationships and personal goals. I provide a safe place to share personal struggles and work toward change. Upon request, I provide a Christian approach.
