As an experienced therapist, I have dealt with a broad range of mental health issues. I work with a network of physicians, mental health providers, and spiritual advisors to provide the best care for my clients. I aim to guide clients in asking the right questions and finding answers that lead to positive and progressive outcomes in the therapeutic process. While my primary focus is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I employ other techniques as needed to help my clients achieve the change they desire.

I enjoy working alongside my clients to establish a therapeutic relationship that provides a foundation to identify goals and move toward them together utilizing mindfulness, skill building and person-centered talk therapy as appropriate. I focus on each individuals journey and meeting the individual where they are.
