I have a professional & nonjudgmental attitude with a great sense of humor as well as providing a positive & safe environment for expressing feelings. I guide my clients in developing hands-on coping strategies, effective communication techniques, and tried and true stress management skills. I am particularly interested in working with successful people who flourish in their careers but struggle with interpersonal relationships.

Deciding to come to counseling is a difficult one. My passion is to “walk along side” the person who ready to be challenged and work through being "stuck" from distressing experiences. My specialty is working with people who have traumatic pasts causing intrusive thinking/rumination; nightmares and flashbacks; and avoidance from others and situations.
