Life can be a struggle. There are likely times when you likely don't know where to turn to sort things out. Perhaps it's a relationship or your work or an issue with family or just a feeling of being completely alone in whatever you are facing. Talking to someone who really listens to you and won't judge you can be very therapeutic. My style is to listen well, ask the questions that you might not have thought of asking, offer you different perspectives about your issues, and help you identify as many options as possible to find resolution and wholeness. I'm here to help you with that process.
I have been in practice since 1990 working with a very diverse group of clients who have a variety of issues: dating and relationships, infidelity and divorce, sexual identity, coming out, self-esteem, gay, lesbian and bisexual issues; relationship conflict and communication, anxiety, loss and depression, guilt, shame and religion, and ACOA issues.
I accept most insurances and, if they won't cover my services, have intentionally kept my professional fees affordable and offer weekend appointments.
