I have worked as a teacher and mentor for 25+ years, and as a therapist for over 10 years. I am currently working as a life coach, ready to support you through your life transitions and stressful times, and to be a cheerleader encouraging you towards your goals and personal authenticity.
Your wellness matters to me. I have training in numerous specialist techniques such as mindfulness, stress reduction and Internal Family Systems. As a Certified Vocal Psychotherapist, I also offer virtual voicework, which uses breathwork, natural sounds, and singing to anyone who wishes to work in this way.
