When working with children, I seek to understand their perceptions, while bolstering their reasoning and communication skills. The ways in which we reflect on our stories are evolutionary and developmental, changing over time.
As a clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience, I have considerable knowledge and skills that make me adept in helping those with the challenges we face today. My treatment style is psychodynamic, relational, and cognitively oriented. I am certified in trauma focused CBT.
Therapy is a compass, guiding you to your true north, and sometimes, actually pointing you in the right direction.
