My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, and a credential as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I have over 20 years experience working in the substance abuse/addiction and mental health field. My therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized to meet the needs and goals of my clients. I believe that in order to effectively treat a client, you have to use techniques that would be specific and tailored to the individual I am helping. This will help you to successfully manage emotions and circumstances that feel overwhelming.
I want to help you build a strong sense of resilience so that you can find the better you that I am confident that is somewhere inside of you. I meet people where they are in the treatment process.
