Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding someone you feel comfortable with is one of the most important parts of the process. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. I also enjoy supporting women as they navigate the complexities of parenting while maintaining their own identity and emotional well-being.

I am dedicated to creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I have experience providing therapeutic services to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and stress management. My therapeutic approach integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused therapy. By utilizing this eclectic approach, I adapt interventions to meet clients in the stage of life they are in and address their unique concerns.
