Greetings! I'm Nathan, and I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to meet with you. With a Masters of Social Work from West Virginia University and additional post-graduate work in Special Education from Radford University, I bring a solid educational foundation to my practice. Over the past 20 years, I have been dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages—children, families, and adults—through various challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, and trauma. My experience has honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the complexities people face in their lives.

Sherry L. Shuler is a licensed therapist who prioritizes understanding your individual situation and who works to tailor treatment to address your specific needs while maintaining a welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. Sherry is committed to providing clients with the highest quality care regardless of economic status, religion, race, ethnicity, lifestyle preferences or cultural differences.

TELE-PSYCH only.. Prior to private practice I was providing emergency mental health treatment to clients who were suicidal, homicidal, psychotic or otherwise in crisis. I have experience working with adults of all ages, from adult teens to seniors. I currently see a range of clients, some who are just out of the hospital after a crisis, some who are seriously depressed and seeking to regain their footing without hospitalization, and others struggling with milder depression, anxiety, or self-esteem issues, or needing support through a life crisis. These clients progress through their issues from week to week.

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults realize their maximum potential by assisting with overcoming struggles, stress, and trauma.

I am a Blacksburg native, recently relocated back to the area, and have opened my practice to offer assessment, therapy, and consultation services. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing difficulties with learning and attention problems, executive functioning issues, and mood and behavioral difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and anger-management. My treatment approach is typically based in cognitive-behavioral interventions, although I consider the personality of the client and the dynamics of the family in order to tailor an effective and goal-directed treatment approach.

Michael Orndoff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience in the field of Social Work. He is passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and couples manage their own unique challenges in their daily life. Michael specializes in relationship issues, depression, career concerns, anger management, building self-esteem, and parenting concerns. Michael completed his Master's Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University and his Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Virginia Wesleyan University.

I am an equine-assisted psychotherapist as well and come spring 2024 I will be offering this approach in Dublin, VA.

She is passionate about helping adolescents, teens, adults, and couples address their unique challenges and work toward improving their overall quality of life. Hollie specializes in anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, substance use disorders, borderline personality disorder, major life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship issues. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she served for 6 years during Desert Shield/Desert Storm 2 years in the Reserves.
