I think the Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney sang it best, "I get by with a little help from my friends". All the interconnections with people, good or bad, have profoundly impacted who we are; the therapeutic relationship is another profound crossing of paths where deep calls to deep, and a little help on the journey is sacred. I work from a dynamic view of personhood and explore the interconnections of mind, body and soul. There is a profound dynamic in the therapeutic process, finding a therapist where one can feel connected to is essential to personal change through an authentic, vulnerable relationship.
I work with marital, couples, families and individual adults with interpersonal/intrapersonal conflict resulting in anger, anxiety, depression and grief. I work from various therapeutic modalities from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Marital therapy.
I am able to work with integrative spiritual issues as well. I believe central to personhood is our soul, so it should not be ignored. Having worked for over a decade in spiritual leadership, I holistically work with the client to address mind, body and spiritual issues.
