I have worked with teens who have trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I have also worked with school-avoidant behavior, impulse control, and anger management. I am passionate about counseling LGBTQIA+, couples’ intimacy, geriatric, and pre-and post-natal clients.

Paul Wooten is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah who has been practicing since 2014. He has a Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor's in Psychology. Paul has a unique ability to connect with clients and build trust and rapport quickly. Outside of work, Paul enjoys golfing, reading, writing fiction, playing with his kids, and spending time with his wife.

Mike has been a therapist for over 15 years and has worked extensively with adolescents and children. He recognizes that life can be challenging at times, and believes in supporting individuals in their journey and in assisting them towards a path of healing and empowerment. He is experienced in treating clients with anxiety, depression, and trauma. He is highly skilled at working with people who have ADHD and autism, and conducts testing for the diagnosis of both. He has extensive training in the treatment of individuals with trauma. And he has experience in working with adolescents and youth.
