I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Individual, Family, and Play Therapy with children, teens, and young adults. I have a passion working with children, young adults and families! I work with a variety of issues including behavioral issues at school or home, parenting and co-parenting skills, adjustment to life changes, anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to help children, teens, families, and young adults gain coping skills to manage hard to have emotions, deepen family relationships, and strengthen communication skills.
I use many different modalities, such as directive and non-directive play therapy, family therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and more! My goal is to tailor the therapeutic experience to the client(s).
