I utilize various techniques to achieve goals, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, Adlerian and Rogerian approaches. I have served diverse populations (drug and alcohol addiction, at risk teens, LBGT, trauma survivors and various mental illness challenges) for over 20 years.
