I am a masters level clinician specializing in trauma, eating disorders, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), addiction and LGBTQIA+ issues. I have extensive experience working with individuals with severe trauma, anxiety, and depression, often with various co-occurring disorders ranging from addictions to schizophrenia.

In therapy, I believe creating a safe, open, and supportive space helps to foster healing and growth. My passion is to help children, teens, and young adults find their unique strengths and skills and use these to build self-confidence and determine their purpose in life.
