I have worked locally for over fifteen years with individuals, parents, couples and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, work stress and overall lack of satisfaction in life. Assisting individuals in connecting and understanding one another more openly is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy helping couples discover new ways to navigate their relationship and giving them the tools to change the negative patterns that keep them stuck.
