My practice is founded on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT).

With my unique personal and professional background, my goal as a therapist is to help you explore and define your challenges. I offer a safe, supportive and collaborative atmosphere for positive changes to take place. Realized success is evidenced in your personal growth and your positive changes made through treatment. I have developed a strong network of referrals from existing and former clients. Treatment is provided utilizing a variety of approaches. I work with senior citizens, adolescents, individuals, couples and families.

One of the reasons that I choose to primarily work with children is my admiration for their incredible resilience despite some very difficult circumstances. I’m inspired by the resilience of children and their ability to “adjust their sails” when the tough winds of life blow. Despite their strength and determination, children often need a helping hand, a friendly face and a listening ear in order to develop resiliency. I view my work with children and their parents/guardians as “teamwork” as we seek together to identify what is needed to help children express themselves and improve their resiliency skills.

Dr. Seebeck is a pediatric neuropsychologist and licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She is trained in outpatient hospital clinics, autism centers, community health centers, private practice, and primary care behavioral health. She has extensive experience assessing and treating children, adolescents and young adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual developmental disorder, learning disorders, complex medical conditions, mild to severe traumatic brain injury, seizures and epilepsy, brain tumors, cancer, and other medical or neurodevelopmental conditions affecting cognition.
