WellStone Career & Family Restoration Services provides aid to professionals in repairing their career and personal relationships that have been impacted by substance use. ​This practice was specifically created to help professionals safely re-enter the workforce and reestablish functional relationships with peers and family. Professionals who have engaged in substance use often times face legal, regulatory, licensing, and credentialing situations which may be restrictive in gaining employment in their field. The professionals who choose WellStone will receive ongoing support and assistance with their recovery process.

I possess an authentic ability to empathize with others by offering unconditional compassion towards every person, regardless of their walk of life. My goal is to empower my clients in developing the self-acceptance and confidence to make healthy changes, increase quality of life, and move towards healing and balance. My years in the field have been spent working with diverse groups, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma survivors, and those struggling with various mental health issues.

Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults. Her areas of focus include bipolar disorder, dual-diagnosis, substance-use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
