Lynn M. Lauria MA, LMHC is a practicing clinician who works with adults (17 and up), couples and families. Lynn provides a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through thoughts, feelings and beliefs, unconscious or conscious, that may have you feeling stuck. Lynn offers an eclectic orientation as well as a holistic, integrative approach to person- centered therapy. In addition, she offers traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems,mindfulness/meditationand solution focused therapy. Then explore potential triggers, and then learn about ways to stop anxiety in it’s tracks to be able to live an everyday life.
