As a licensed psychologist for 17 years, I'm devoted to the treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families. I've worked in various medical and educational settings and am licensed in NJ, NY and FL. I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of psychological and behavioral disorders, including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, school refusal, divorce, adolescent issues, & behavior disorders. I am skilled in psychological testing of children, adolescents, and their families and conduct psychoeducational evaluations for school placement. I am available for in-person and virtual sessions.

I have respect for any individual who is willing to engage in psychotherapy in order to work toward a better life. That respect is at the core of a strong clinical relationship, which I strive to achieve with every client. I believe my role as a psychologist is to allow my clients to be heard, and to help them navigate the change process in a way that makes sense for them.

I work with individuals who struggle with challenges associated with eating, alcohol, prescription medication and mental health issues. If you have struggled with substances or believe you may have an addiction; have problems with eating whether binging, bulimia, have had or are thinking of weight loss surgery*; and/or if you suffer from a mood disorder, I may be able to provide tools to support you in facilitating balance in mind, body and spirit. *Weight loss surgery is a specialty as I have been working in this field since 2001. I am certified in Telebehavioral Health and practice is HIPAA compliant.

Lindsey is a Licensed Associate Counselor and National Certified Counselor. She specializes in working with individuals and teams at the high school, collegiate and professional levels by providing mental skills to aid clients in reaching their optimal performance. In addition to mental performance, Lindsey treats clients with psychological disorders across the spectrum including but not limited to anxiety, depression, personality, and adjustment. In her work, Lindsey develops individualized treatment plans dependent on the specific needs of her clients.
