Often we face childhood attachment trauma: physical or emotional separation from our family of origin in our younger years. The effects of early trauma can often be seen in behaviors at school, at work, in our relationships and in our parenting. Through the therapeutic process, our ability to nurture and maintain attachment bonds may be both healed and strengthened.
