As a first-generation Asian American, I understand and have experienced mental health stigma.

Many of us are struggling with anxiety and depression in these challenging times. As a holistic practitioner, my goal is to help my clients find the priority that will allow them to discover a route to a more satisfying life. Too often we remain constricted with pain and fear from the past or broken dreams and worries about the future. If we are able to connect with the healer within, we can find peace and stability in our present circumstances, no matter how chaotic our external world. We can find a way to remove the blockages that keep us from seeing the Truth and Beauty all around us.

It can be so hard to be in our experiences of life. For many reasons, we can find ourselves stuck, worried, sad and lost. We can lose our anchors, our values, our meaning and our quality of life. We can experience terrible traumas and struggle in relationships with others and with ourselves. We can lose our capacity to feel agency in our own lives and to stay engaged and curious with our own unique journeys. ​We do not find our way in isolation. I believe that, in working together, we are better equipped to navigate the journey and to feel good about the direction it takes.
