Need help figuring out why your relationship just keeps doing the same thing over and over? Do you feel like no one is actually hearing what you? Is it hard to get past something that happened a while back? We often keep repeating things because we think if we just do it again or do differently we'll finally unlock the barrier that's held us back. My people come to see me after trying something over and over and they feel defeated. Often, the secret is a small tweak from a slightly different angle that helps with trauma, anxiety, depression, communication, and/or relationships.
My specialty is relational issues- which can involve your BFF, your boss, your significant other, your siblings, your roommate, and even your relationship to your goals, your money, and your dreams. Even things like anxiety and depression are almost always rooted in some type of relationship situation that could use a supportive refresh.
Since I’m in sessions, my website is my admin assistant. You can find answers to questions, complete forms, and get scheduled for your first session. I’ve worked hard to make it easy for you to get started. I know you’re eager for new strategies you can use now, and waiting for me can feel like an eternity! Ain't nobody got time for that. For couples, we'll get more detailed in sessions 2-3 when we do a "round of one-on-ones."
