I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Hawaii, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of a Montana and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming. I have certifications as a Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH) as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I have over a decade of experience working in a variety of fields, including trauma, early childhood development, child and adolescent crisis, intensive-in-home family therapy, and private practice working with children, adolescents, families, couples and first responders.

My name is Rebecca Fallon. I am a licensed addictions counselor and licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of MT. After working in an agency setting for the last several years, I decided to begin my own practice after being encouraged by a colleague and having my son. I see all ages. I also work with a variety of issues including eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, infertility, psychosis, dissociation, and everything in between. My approach draws from a variety of evidenced based practices including CBT and DBT.

I am committed to helping clients move through a variety of challenges by building self-awareness and supporting the practice of new actions. I provide integrated client solution focused therapy. I am trained in trauma informed interventions, am sensitive to a client's attachment style and work to empower clients to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and groups. I have a special interest in teaching of behavioral management, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, EMDR, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. I work with specifically with college-age and young adults into their 30's on identity and self-worth. As an adopted person, I am adoptee-competent and love working with all adoptees, including experience with issues facing ITC and transracial adoptees. I work with you to integrate all the parts of your authentic self into a feeling of being fully "you" everyday. I work on relational/response patterns you feel stuck in, building trust and confidence in your own decision-making, resolving sources of criticism, and I'm just generally dedicated to raising up your self-worth.
