I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to clinical care. I have specialized training in Trauma Focused CBT for treating individuals who have a history of trauma. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and disruptive behavior disorders.
Seeking out therapy may be overwhelming, so my first priority is to make you feel comfortable. I am skilled at developing a warm, compassionate, and trusting relationship with my clients. Each client is unique and treatment goals will be tailored to meet these unique needs. Please contact me with any questions, I would be happy to help.
