About Dr. Qureshi-> Dr. Misbha Qureshi received her Master and PhD in Couple and Family Therapy from Drexel University (PA). She has over 17 years of clinical experience in the behavioral health system of care, providing individual, family, couples, and group therapies to culturally diverse communities. Her areas of expertise address cultural diversity, social justice, trauma/abuse, parent-child relationships, and family dynamics, while targeting symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, PTSD, and much more.

Space For Grace, LLC, is a humanistic private practice, which specializes in helping others find their purpose in life and assisting them with moving towards and through the healing processes of life, for a fuller quality of life experience. Beginning March 15, 2021, our office will move to a 5-day work week and will be closed on weekends, to allow for more self-care for our staff, during this time of global reflective healing.

Teens (13+) and adults gain insight and skills to decrease or eliminate anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, grief, that make school, relationships, work and everyday life difficult. We'll explore the impact early life experiences, relationships have on identity, thought, behavior and mood. We'll replace or reframe thoughts and interpretations, learn positive behavioral skills, develop healthy relationships and learn mood regulation. We'll identify triggers, understand how past experiences affects and informs the present, improve ability to regulate, and uncover patterns/trauma that impact you and implement new behavior patterns.

I am of South Asian descent and open to clients of all backgrounds. However, I know there is a great need for therapy in South Asian communities. I grew up witnessing how harmful stigma can be surrounding mental health. I am an avid believer that everyone is entitled to therapy. We can work together in your journey of healing!
