I work with clients from a Bowenian perspective, believing that "problems are not in people, but rather people struggle against problems." I am trained in theology and psychotherapy and use the wisdom of both disciplines as clients desire in my work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I work with clients to essentially help them gain more control over their lives, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
