I believe that therapy provides a safe emotional, physical, and spiritual space to discover and walk through challenging experiences in order to identify and develop the person you want to be. There are seasons in life you may feel stuck, burned out, or complacent. Through the process of emotional growth you are then able to truly enjoy living as your true self while in relationship with others. My therapeutic focus includes working with individuals desiring more life-giving relationships and experiences. It is an honor and privilege to walk alongside you as you explore and discover a new part of your journey.
My practice consists of virtual one-on-one sessions and virtual groups focusing on parent education and encouragement. I lead a 6-week parenting group that promotes healthy boundaries and empathy. My background and education in theology allows me to integrate a spiritual component into the therapeutic experience when expressed as a value.
