It's not about fixing yourself or "beating yourself up", but learning ways to live the dreams you've always wanted to experience but felt stuck in a rut. I provide a safe, caring environment in which to get to know yourself better and clearly understanding and fixing upsetting dynamics.
I work in a manner that encourages understanding your past as a possible source for how you "show up" in the present.
