My expertise is in trauma and early attachment challenges, though I do work extensively with ADHD, mood disorders, and social phobia.

Caregiver Support Group
The intention of this group is to help you as a parent or caregiver to better communicate with your youth, as well as provide a space where you are not alone in your challenges. We use Motivational Interviewing techniques to help you to successfully talk and connect with your teen; while also exploring how you can make changes in your own life to improve the health and wellbeing of your whole family.
