El centro de Servicios Psicológicos y Familiares de Fuller (FPFS) es la comunidad de salud mental y la clínica de capacitación de la Facultad de Psicológica de Fuller (acreditado plena por le Asociación Estadounidense de Psicología, o APA). Servicios provistos por FPFS incluyen terapia para individuos (adultos, niños y adolescentes), para parejas, para familiar, y terapia grupal. Nuestro equipo de profesionales clínicos se constituye de terapeutas con certificación completa; de terapeutas con maestrías o doctorados, que están en el proceso de obtener su certificación; y de estudiantes a nivel de maestría o doctorado.

I want to work with people who are willing to try something new, to try something different, to take risks, to be vulnerable, to explore, and to discover. I am deeply committed both to the family and individual. I want to extend myself to those finding themselves ready to push through conflicts by collaborating with me on the process of being honest and comfortable in our skin. I am a former Adjunct Faculty in the graduate program at Cal State Long Beach, and I have a small private practice with a few openings. I work with adults, couples and older teens to help them feel more free, alive and connected with others. Sometimes the work begins by decreasing symptoms such as anxiety, family conflict, depression, trauma reactions, etc. Once those symptoms decrease, the work often evolves into more personal growth work, such as exploring family of origin issues and/or barriers to deeper levels of connection and intimacy.

I’m here to help. I work with adults and adolescents, struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, behavioral challenges, and grief and loss.

I believe you're here for a reason, and that God has a purpose for you. Depression, anxiety, marital issues, eating disorders, and many other problems, keep us from living full lives. I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping people who are hurting, and want more out of life. I believe my greatest strength is helping people find the missing keys needed to make positive change. I believe I connect well with my clients by not judging them and by empathizing with their struggles. I am passionate about helping people find the happiness they're looking for.

Anxiety, trauma, shame, depression, grief, a lack of meaning in life - these are some of the issues that I strive to help people work through. My goal is to create a safe container in which you can explore your emotions and relationship issues without judgment. I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey toward self-awareness, healing, and growth. I work with adults, couples and teens from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and collaborate with clients to tailor our sessions to the unique needs of each individual.

I like to work with clients who see a need for change but can't seem to do it on their own. Together we can find ways that inspire, motivate and make for change. Change can happen effortlessly at times but also there are times when we must work at it together. I will work as long & hard for my clients as they are willing to work. Then we can both rejoice in the change.
