I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have worked with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. At Healing Rhythms Mental Health, we are a diverse group of licensed clinical psychologists, psychology assistants and psychology doctoral students who embrace community and interconnectedness. The essence of our work is rooted in compassion, empathy and respect for multicultural identities and a wide range of therapy approaches which include holistic/traditional, psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and existential therapies.

I assist children, teens, and adults who experience depression, overwhelming anxiety, and struggles with relationships and questioning their purpose. I do this by focusing on the strengths of the individual, couple or family. I have had the experience of working in community and hospital based programs and I have traveled nationally and internationally teaching other mental health professionals about compassionate care of depressed teens as well as violence prevention.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with a diverse population, offering services to adults, children, couples, and families of different ethnic backgrounds, religions, spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations. The anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relational distress can be very impending to the quality of one's life. Though I am trained in Trauma Focus CBT, Gottman method for couples, DBT, Attachment therapy, and motivational interviewing, if you have a hard time remembering when you felt good or feel like you are alone in your struggle, I would be glad to come alongside you and offer my counseling service.

Ginette G. Walker, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). In talking with people, I go by Gina. I offer psychotherapy in English and/or Spanish via telehealth. My approach to treatment is client-centered and depends on clients’ needs and circumstances. Much of my experience is in helping clients engage in processes of post-traumatic and intergenerational growth. My approach to therapy is cross-culturally and developmentally informed and responsive. I am currently focusing on bringing in the perspectives and tools of Positive Psychology.

My passion is to help clients in the mind/body connection. I love watching the physical body and mind align to impact mental health through nutrition and integrative medicine. I’m here to support my clients in creating sustainable vision for their lives. The goal in my work is to empower clients on gaining clarity to obtain holistic balance in mind, body and soul. Dr. Quiana M. Daniel is a Psychological Assistant working under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Andrea Forbes, PSY23101. In regards to her clinical practice, Dr. Daniel has had extensive training in parent-child interactions, trauma focused therapy, parenting skills, and interpersonal relationships. In addition, she has a history of working with families who are engaged with the foster care system, adopting, or considering adoption. Dr. Daniel aspires to work with individuals, couples, and families within a safe environment to help them navigate their personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.

I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients including children as young as zero to school aged. I also provide behavior intervention, individual, couples and group therapy for adolescents and adults, which would also include parenting classes.
