Announcement icon I am seeing clients in-person and via telehealth.
My modern approach to therapy takes into account the larger forces that we have to deal with on a day to day basis. I acknowledge these huge, systemic forces so that therapy can be more effective and lasting. I work from a Psychodynamic and Systemic framework, but my authenticity and honesty is offered above all else.
The world is out of balance but that doesn’t mean that you have to be. If you’re feeling lost, hopeless, angry, or unhappy, I’d love to work with you. My job is to create a space without judgement or shame where healing can occur. In this space I’ll help you to become the next version of yourself; more confident, more powerful, and more satisfied.
I also enjoy working with creative and intelligent people, as well as unique people who may be in unique situations. If this resonates with you, please give me a call.

Adam Snir's Groups

Adults with Disabled Siblings Support Group

This group is designed to hold space for adults who have siblings with disabilities. Even if you do not currently live with your sibling, the effects of growing up as part caretaker / part child may still be with you today. This group exists to foster connections as well as a place to be understood by others who know what we’ve been through.

More about this group

Intellectually or Emotionally Gifted Support Group

This group is offered as a space to share the impacts of living a life as a gifted person in a world that is not supportive of anyone outside the bell curve. We may address challenges in relation to identity, relationships, sensitivities, or any number of topics. Through this group members find support and connection with others. The book Living with Intensity is not required but recommended for members. Although sessions will have no firm format or structure, the group will utilize the book’s tone and understanding of gifted people.
