These practices are very helpful for clients faced with issues such as anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress symptoms, depression, relationship/family issues, stress-related physical problems and life transitions. I have provided counseling services for over 35 years to children, teens, and adults and customize therapy to meet your specific needs and goals. To that end I have trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, in the belief that no one size fits all.

I have advanced doctoral training in working cross culturally and with rural and indigenous populations. I am also a military veteran and have chosen to focus much of my career on people who have experienced trauma.

Greetings friend, allow me to introduce myself. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Master Addictions Counselor. Additionally, I am credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families. The services that I provide are tailored to service the needs of adolescents and adults. The following are some of the treatment areas that I typically address: family dynamics, mood disorders, substance use, stress, anxiety, personal growth, and other behaviors and disorders.

As the former clinical director of a community behavioral health in Anchorage, I have experience providing therapy to a range of ages including: children, youth, families and adults experiencing a variety of challenges. I work with youth who experience disruptive behaviors, acting out, and substance use. I provide care to individuals who have experienced trauma/ abuse, mood disorders, and the autism spectrum. I also provide forensic psychological evaluations for the court, and neuropsychological assessments illuminating an individuals treatment needs.

I have over 25 years of experience working with clients who are seeking something better for themselves. I prefer to use strengths to address the concerns that clients would like to work on together. I also believe that the way people think about situations impacts their behavior and rethinking those situations can lead to positive changes.

I provide a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that combines standard "talk therapy" with Jungian-based tools and art/play therapy approaches that allow for greater exploration of the unconscious. With 25 years counseling experience using a variety of therapy techniques I have found this combination works far better than other approaches for getting good results. Caleb is Certified in the Treatment of Sexual Addiction, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Ordained Minister, Certified Life Coach, with a Masters of Psychology in Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Caleb specializes in helping men work through sex addiction but provides counseling services for all kinds of addictions. He also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

Hailing from Wooster, Ohio, Nathaniel has called Alaska home since 2004. He has a Master of Arts in Counseling and a heart for helping people connect to their partners, families, and other vital people in their lives. He has 19 years of experience helping clients explore and improve their relational dynamics and personal struggles. Nathaniel is dedicated to tailoring his services to meet the specific needs of his clients.
