I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Consultant (CEDS-C) with the unique ability to combine nutrition and mental health for clients suffering from disordered eating, poor body image, low self-esteem, anxiety/depression, and other mental health disorders.
