I have availability as early as next week for couples, families, and individuals. I specialize in trauma and addictions, though work with a variety of other issues you may struggle with like having a new baby, relationship and trust issues, divorce, anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, impulsivity or concentration issues.

We all encounter hardships and struggles at various times in our lives. I deliver assessment and therapy services to children, adults, and families to identify possible mental health concerns and promote understanding and healing across the lifespan. As a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, I collaborate with OB/GYN practices, fertility clinics, and fertility agencies in the Twin Cities and around the country. I work with clients teen through adult, who are looking for a supportive, encouraging therapeutic environment with a Christian world view. I work best with people who need help with depression, anxiety, OCD, and related concerns using mainly a cognitive behavioral approach. I also enjoy marriage and pre-marriage, working primarily with John Gottman's approach. I have been licensed since 1984. I have completed the Basic Training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have also received specialized training in treating OCD from the organization NOCD. This focuses on Exposure and Response Prevention.
